" Miss Impact is a girls lock-in for the junior high girls at First Evan. The event is just a fun time for the girls to make new friends and have fun together. It went from five o'clock in the evening to nine o'clock the next morning. " (quote: Megan Moore)
"The theme of this Miss Impact was treasured possession. Through different parts of the night we re-emphasized that as women of God we are his treasured possessions. We took all of the teaching from Exodus 19:5. The night was filled with tons of girlie events." (quote: Megan Moore)
"Older girls came in (all a surprise) and did the impact girls' hair and makeup and they all put on formal attire. It made my heart so happy to see the girls confident and enjoying dressing up so fancy. "

"Then we took them to the chapel where a lovely formal dinner was to take place. We had men in the church dress up and escort and serve all the girls for the evening. The girls loved it!" (quote: Megan Moore)
" Later in the night we had a brief talk, painting session and fun games. Many of the girls stayed up the entire night. The goal of the event was to love on the girls, show them there are older girls who would love to pour into them and that they are beautiful in the eyes of God. I so enjoyed this event when I was their age and wanted to make it just as special for them. I love the girls in Impact so much and wanted to love on them more through this event. "
